Responsibilities:
• Experienced in the management and delivery of global communications program
• Able to work as part of wider management of change team to ensure development and delivery of effective end user communications
• Responsible for delivery of communications plan and supporting global network of project and client communications staff
• Responsible for monitoring delivery and effectiveness of communications, and for undertaking corrective action as required
• Understanding of training, specifically training requirements and training solutions desirable
• Manage and maintain communications plan
• Work with project team and stakeholders to enable delivery of the plan
• Develop and refine communications materials to ensure currency and accuracy
• Monitor delivery of communications and effectiveness of communications
• Support communications events as required
• Align communications and training
• Report on communications
