Beschreibung

As Senior Change Manager you will be responsible to engage and guide the change initially for the pilot and subsequently for the global roll-out of a S/4HANA Finance. You will lead the transformational change leveraging a team of Change Managers located in India.

The role includes the full Organizational Change Management cycle for the ERP Transformation Program:

• Scoping the change – Stakeholder matrix and analysis, identify the change, Communication and Training strategy
• Creating the vision – Create and communicate the vision, engage with the program and country leadership, design change organization
• Planning the change – Onboard change replicators, Communication and Training plan for the target groups
• Implementing the change– Execute the change plan, manage the change
• Sustaining the change – Reinforce and lock the change, establish self-sustaining change circles

As Senior Change Manager you will report to the ERP Program Sponsor. Your office will be located in Germany, Düsseldorf, but you shall be ready to travel in Europe and during roll-out also globally.

People Management:
• You will work in a matrix organization reporting to the Business Solution Center (inhouse consulting) and to the ERP Program Sponsor
• You will have 2 Change Managers reporting functionally to you

Areas of Expertise/Key activities:
The position addresses a generally homogeneous area of expertise:
• Design, develop, and implement: Organizational change management strategies and methodologies
• Communication strategies, activities, and content
• Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively
• Well-developed listening, communication and decision-making skills
• Leading all processes connected to change management in the transformation program
• Cooperation with respective project teams and further managers involved in the organizational change
• Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization
• Support and management of the necessary communication activities related to the changes
• Identification of potential risks for resistance as well as development of plans to intervene
• Evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change
• Feedback mechanisms that enable development and improvement of transformation workstreams
• Analysis, data collection, and feedback efforts in order to provide insights into change efforts
• Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes

Experience:
The role requires 10+ years of experience in the field of:
• Organisational Change Management (must have)
• C-Stakeholder Management (must have)
• Risk Management (must have)
• SAP general knowledge (plus)
• FMCG or other retail sector (plus)

Must have Skills:
• Change Management – Certified
• Project Management - Certified
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German
