Senior QA Project/Process Quality Manager
(from July 2011 to end of June 2013- ext. possible)

ROLE PURPOSE
• Support of the Head Q&C and the Q&C Extended Leadership Team (Leadership Team)
• Drive the planning and operational (design) processes for Q&C, combined with recommendations and insights that contribute to the overall Q&C strategic plan and direction
• Achieve the most efficient Q&C operations providing highest business value through effective management of IT resources
• Oversee and align initiatives driven by Q&C and ensure effective communication within Q&C and towards stakeholders
• Track the delivery of activities against the business targets and realigning targets early
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
• With this job is no accountability outside of Quality and Compliance associated
• Setup and maintain the SharePoint collaboration page for the Q&C Extended Leadership Team (Leadership Team)
• Prepare and coordinate the regular Leadership Team Alignment Meeting
• Check on the collaboration page for the status of actions assigned to a member of the Leadership Team
• Prepare a summary for the meeting
• Inform and discuss the summary with Head Q&C
• Update the agenda on the collaboration page and distribute the agenda
• Provide and/or update meeting minutes on the collaboration page
• Follow-up with Leadership Team members as agreed with Q&C Head on assigned actions
• Support/contribute to Q&C Team Meeting preparation
• Facilitate the creating of the meeting slides and send it to the participants
• Support, prepare and/or facilitate Q&C meetings with stakeholders
• Contribute and/or lead "interdisciplinary" actions of the Leadership Team
• Take over actions related to the high priority objectives to support adherence to communicated timelines
• Prepare communication to the Q&C community as well as for stakeholders
• Manage to delegate actions to Q&C team members on behalf of the Leadership Team and follow-up on them
• Contribute to IT InControl strategy and implementation
• Maintain the GxP/site list (attachment 2 of Decision Paper)
• Maintain the CAT4 site name list with provided changes from the Business compliance community
• Review key deliverables of Q&C
• Contribute to the /IT Infrastructure specific assessment approach and qualification methodology
• Contribute to improvements for the CAT4 application
• Follow-up and maintain approved exceptions and deviations
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS / MEASURES OF SUCCESS
• The SharePoint collaboration page for the Q&C Extended Leadership Team (Leadership Team) has been setup and is up-to-date
• The Decision Paper / IT InControl Strategy available in time
• GxP/site list (attachment 2 of Decision Paper) is maintained upfront to the IT InControl Strategy
• CAT4 site name list with provided changes from the Business compliance community is up-to-date before ITIC Leaders perform the assessment
• Regular presentation for the team meeting is available
• Regular Leadership Team Alignment Meeting is prepared in time
• Exceptions and deviations are maintained
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Educated to University level or comparable education / experience
• Excellent knowledge in at least one of the following areas: GxP for IT, IT Security, ITIL, CobiT or similar areas, preferred specifically for IT Infrastructure
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• At least 10 years experience in a service delivery organization
• At least 15 year experience in regulated industry
• At least 5 years experience in qualification of production equipment and validation of product related processes
• At least 10 year experience in GxP for IT, IT-Security and IT auditing
• Experience in compliance areas as data privacy and SOX
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel (globally)
