Project Adminstration Expert for a Program Management Office (PMO) for a BPM-Program (Business Process Management)

Tasks

• Support the project management in communication (e.g. request status reports from subproject, publish newsletters, organize meetings)
• Support project planning (update MS Project Schedule)
• Support Document Management (Publish documents in Sharepoint, control completeness of documentation and quality)
• Support Change Management Process Skills
• Understanding basics of Project Management
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Sharepoint
• Microsoft Power Point and Word
• Good English Skills

Participates in the planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of project activities through all phases of the project. Analyzes project progress and contributes to the management of the organization's goals and objectives. Reports to the Project Manager.: Creates and maintains complex project plans and schedules. Executes project methodology, ensuring project delivery according to specifications. Assists the Project Manager in coordinating project activities. Estimates and communicates the impact of change requirements. Assists the Project Manager in decision-making and trend analysis. Updates project schedule activities, durations, and start and finish dates. Updates resource assignments, estimated man hours, and actual man hours. Compiles information to produce reports with analyses of and recommendations for project progress. Researches and reports on delayed activities and proposes remedial actions to accelerate progress. Develops and implements analytical methods to convert project labor resource information into forecasted cash levels. Collaborates with Project Manager and Financial Analyst to develop project cash flow reports. Assists in development of spending and resource time lines for new projects and programs. Assists in the administration of project approval as required. May serve as a liaison with subcontractors, vendors, and end-users.
