Beschreibung

Administrative Business Partner vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.
Your experience/skills:
  • Professional experience in an administrative role for senior management, involving calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling, booking and budgeting
  • Experience in an administrative role working in a technology or international environment
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse community
  • Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and adherence to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
  • Outstanding communication, project, and stakeholder management skills, combined with Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is an advantage


Your tasks:
  • Overtaking administrative tasks such as strategically managing calendars, booking travel, scheduling facilities and equipment, and managing budgets
  • Managing and leading projects of different magnitude
  • Defining and improving processes and procedures independently
  • Planning logistics for various team off-sites and events
  • Acting as the pulse of the team and a trusted advisor to the Leadership team
