Project & Office Coordinator vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in order management or in a related field with similar responsibilities and competencies
- Expertise in change management and process optimisation
- Proficient knowledge of industry-specific software such as Plunet and XTM
- Capability to quickly learn complex activity-specific software
- Strengths include operational hands-on mentality, strategic and analytical thinking, quick comprehension, networked thinking, flexibility and a change management oriented mind-set
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in translational management or a related discipline
- Languages: English fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Providing project and order management for translation orders including order clarification, order processing, allocation and deadline monitoring
- Leading the development of process optimisations and introducing new processes for the whole department
- Coordinating wide-ranging, multilingual translation projects in the areas of drug approvals, clinical studies and quality control documentation
- Advising and supporting internal customers regarding our service levels
- Processing invoices for the translational projects and supporting internal and external projects within the department
