Description

The Clientvision Communications Manager in the PMO Clientvision will be primarily responsible for developing and executing the project specific internal (IT) communications plans to be fully aligned with GIS COmm’s strategy and Corp IT Comms strategy. The primary goal of the position is to ensure efficient internal communications and business-centric communications within and about the project to to support successful implementation and Clientvision of services that come with Clientvision projects.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate, manage, compile, write and coordinate implementation of objectives and
communication plan for PMO Office and connected projects/initiatives
• Write articles and business updates (for use within project, but also to GIS and IT Intranet)
• Support development of key message documents, FAQ and presentations
• Implement global communications plan
• Decide on the best way to tell the target audiences about the new plan
• Provide support in organizing IT meetings
• Keep IT staff and stakeholders up to date with Clientvision news - together with GIS
Comms and Corp IT Comms
• Provide input to and/or create publications such as newsletters, leaflets etc as
appropriate If appropriate, develop and maintain Clientvision Intranet web pages


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES DELIVERABLES

• Implement and update the communications strategy and plan for Clientvision phases
2 and 3 (migrations to Outlook and win7), and associated high priority projects
• Up-to-date and consistent communications through internal media available
• Timely and up to date webpages
• Support necessary communication channels ( Newsletter, intranet sections, flyers,
packages etc..)


EXPERICENCE - SKILLS - COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 3-5 years of communication experience – internal, customer, product,
services, corporate
• University degree level
• English - spoken & written
• Leadership skills -work effectively with all levels of management; strong collaboration
with IT Network
• Good communication skills, including research, writing, editing and presentation skills
• Accurate, enquiring and able to think strategically
• Journalist and editing experience
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure environments would be very benefitial
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of IT systems and business processes
• Time management skills and multitasking capabilities
• Good project management , organizational and planning skills
• Creativity and adaptability, ability to communicate in a variety of ways for a range of
different media
• Ability to form and maintain relationships
• Can do working attitude
• Self-confident and enthusiastic
• Team player, good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• able to work well under pressure
