Program Coordinator (University Relations) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.
Your experience/skills:
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Proven track record of initiating and completing complex projects from end-to-end
- Strengths include precision and attention to detail
- Practice in working with academic institutions or universities as well as with handling community programs, marketing programs or events in the past is advantageous
- Affinity for Computer Science and Technology is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or similar education
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Participating in executing project objectives
- Identifying, tracking and delivering team goals
- Communicating regular status updates
- Being responsible for managing and escalating blocking issues
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to manage and track programs
