Quality Assurance Analyst - E-commerce vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.
Your experience/skills:
- Elementary SQL skills with the ability to improve them
- Familiarity with online research
- Expertise with using Doc and Spreadsheets
- Strengths include a detail oriented way of working and being analytically minded plus a self-starter
- Know-how of E-commerce, Risk and Fraud investigation is preferred
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, any further language is a plus
Your tasks:
- Extracting data from other websites with the usage of certain company provided tools
- Reviewing extracted data manually along with confirming third party results
- Translating English requirements into scalable processes which can be deployed programmatically
- Conducting high-end audits of extracted data as well as helping the engineering team continuously improving the company's automated systems
- Working with basic SQL-like scripts, pulling data for further investigation
- Leading adhoc analysis to derive insights, which can be used to enhance present processes or establish new ones
