Specialist for Digitalization of Logistics & Supply-Chain 80% - Supply Chain/Lean Management/Digitalization/Englisch/DeutschRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Specialist for Digitalization of Logistics & Supply-Chain.
RMD Global Development operates across two continents, including Rotkreuz, Pleasanton and Branchburg as production Site in US. This organization is covering 10 departments: Software Development, Instrument Development, Biospecimen Management, System Integration, Assay
Development plus Process & Support (the latter three mirrored in Pleasanton and Rotkreuz). It is
the home of more than 500 scientists, engineers and other specialist who together ensure state of
the art development of products and care of launched products in the Molecular Diagnostics
portfolio.
Areas of responsibility:
- Definition of customer requirements Project Inventory Management (Digitalization Project)
- Participating in the project team to create and prepare new Solution for Inventory Management
- Mapping of the new room concept: merging and concentration of the storage rooms
- Cleaning up and rearrangement of the rooms to support new workflows including relabeling the
material and change process for new material
- Data maintenance and documentation of existing material in new software
- Rearrangement of the materials based on the new concept and digitalization of the shelfs
- Training material definition and implementation - für neues System erstellen für neue MA
- Participating in implementation of the new digital solution
- Testing the new software and compare with the requirements of the customer and adapt if needed
- Reporting of all the infrastructure changes as well as Hardware reports
- Training current employees and future employees for new processes and software
- Participation in Roll Out of new Solution
Professional and technical requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar (important some touch points with Supply Chain or Logistics)
0-1-year experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain related field (e.g. internship done in a project team for Supply Chain)Project experience is a huge advantage, also project experience from student projects (related to digitalization or supply chain)Lean management and Digitalization experience is a plus
Fluency in German and English is a MUST
Experience in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
