Tasks & Responsibilities
One of the pillars of this roadmap is the further development of the necessary technical and data foundation in the Finance area. This pillar also includes a possible change from SAP R3 to SAP S/4HANA. This would imply the transfer of the current Management Accounting (MA) landscape to the new environment. The requirements for MA have to be refined and integrated in a concept that will be the base for the implementation in a way that adds not more complexity and dependencies in closing process compared to today and ideally streamlines core procedures. The concept has to be coordinated with different stakeholders in Finance, e.g. Global MIS, Financial Accounting, Group Consolidation, Strategic Controlling and other partners in Finance and the IT.
The concept has to cover the following main areas (not prioritized and non-exhaustive):
- Income (e.g. connection to client view in Global MIS, product view, connection to balance sheet, reconciliation Global MIS - SAP)
- Costs (e.g. drilldown within structures from Group result to single bookings)
- Cost allocations (e.g. reconciliation standard unit costs with other allocations, automations of processes, SLAs, cross-entity allocations, reflection of performance management concept)
- Structures and views (e.g. functional, organizational, entities)
- Profitability measurement for clients, products and processes (set up for future amendments in SAP)
- Replacement of SAP PS (project cost allocation)
- Data Management and integration (e.g. granularity level of data)
Must Haves
Expert knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, expert knowledge in management accounting of a bank
