Role: Technology AnalystLocation: Zurich, Switzerland (Complete remote work until Covid, but we are looking for candidates who can work in Zurich later when things get back to normal)

Your role:
In the role of Technology Analyst, you will work on Operational application maintenance.
You have to conduct defect/incident & problem analysis within applications&associated DB.
Respond to user requests within the trouble ticketing tool, clarify issues with Business Stakeholders (Finance, Customer Care etc.).
It would involve Installation/deployment of releases and patches.
You would need to interact with the vendor for open defect/incidents and clarification questions with the vendor.
Coordination, controls & quality assurance checks of the delivery from the external Vendor.

Required
• Oracle DB v12.1, MS-SQL
• SQL, PL/SQL
• Windows Server, IIS, SSL (Certification)
• Webservices SOAP & REST, XML File analysis
• Experience in working with Agile team
• Language proficiency in German
• Telecom domain knowledge
Preferred
• CRM and Billing System understanding/knowhow
