Project Manager for D&I vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Proven work experience in the field of Project Management
- Strengths include good internal communication skills as well as good written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills paired with an attention to detail
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing a strategy and project plan which includes monitoring and tracking the progress
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule as well as project costs
- Organizing and preparing presentations to inform the senior management about the progress of the project
- Tracking and communicating project risks along with opportunities
- Being responsible for tasks and project progress to be done in time
- Arranging and attending stakeholder meetings paired with liaising with clients to determine the projects objectives
- Organizing project team meetings and following-up actions together with handling and tracking financial topics
