UX Designer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- 4+ years of interaction/product design experience creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes
- Strong skills in data visualization and micro-interactions, specialization in interaction design with solid visual design skills
- Working knowledge of minimum one prototyping tool of choice (Protopie, Principle, Flinto) and specific tools like Figma
- Experience working with extensive design systems and platform ecosystems combined with an ability to take an idea from conception to completion
- Work experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces
- BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or similar area, or equivalent practical experience
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Producing high-quality design deliverables from flows and mockups to interactive or animated prototypes as well as visual and interactive design specs
- Leading strategic design and user-experience recommendations related to both core and new functions and features; Rapidly iterating on designs based on feedback from users and peers
- Creating design templates and guidelines, in partnership with other designers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented to specifications and coming up with creative design solutions when technical challenges arise
- Ensuring a user-centered design approach, rapid test and learn methodology
