Flint is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a Swiss customer developing and supplying core-banking software.
Project start: 15 March
Duration: (at least)
Location: remote & Bioggio, Switzerland
Specific requirements:
- PMI-certified (eg PMP)
- Knowledge of Banking Industry
- Very good deliverable quality (eg presentations, spreadsheet analysis, project plans)
- English: very fluent; Italian: not mandatory but preferred; German: is a plus
Standard requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or similar environment with experience on multiple clients and companies and with experience of managing resources in a project mode
- Able to provide in-depth analytical, technical, business and/or management expertise
- Able to take accountability for significant assignments and projects (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, project staffing, reviews)
- Able to respond and resolve issues beyond standard management requests as well as using independent judgement to make decision
- Able to create contingency and risk management plan
- Able to manage conflicts productively
