Senior Project Manager SaMD vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 6+ years of experience in coordinating Software Development or SaMD projects, ideally using design controls
- Expertise with the Agile framework as well as in status reporting, resource and capacity planning
- Proficiency in utilising Project management and PLM tools such as Microsoft Project, Polarion, JIRA and Subway
- Project management Certifications such as PMI/PMP or Scrum Master certification are a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or in any other related field
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning, managing and controlling resources and timelines for a sub-project of the overall connected health system
- Acting as the Scrum Master for the sub-team and incorporating Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, while coordinating with other sub-teams and supporting the integrated timeline
- Assigning tasks to team members as well as tracking, organising meetings and ensuring accessibility to the right utilities to deliver
- Managing project deliverables and creating reports to ensure the delivery of project documents and design reviews
- Cooperating with system engineers, regulatory-, quality- and risk management as well as human factors, validation and verification personnel to realise a timely delivery
- Conducting data gathering, analysis and reporting for key deliverables in the areas of planning, communication, change management, risk and issues
- Ensuring compliance with design control, applicable ISO and medical requirements as well as reporting to the technical project lead regarding sub-project status and risks
