Logistics Expert / Key Account Manager vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Previous work experience in the Logistic and Pharma industry
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Logistics topics and ensuring that agreed milestones, quantity, quality and timelines are met
- Preparing shipment documentation such as customs invoices, import and export licenses, declaration values and controlled drug regulations with adherence to GxP, and International Trade Regulations compliance
- Selecting the most efficient shipment mode and route as well as writing, reviewing and training process specific SOPs
- Supporting other departments within the company in transportation and distribution related topics
- Acting as a Super User for SNCM - SAP application for shipments of non-commercial material
- Being responsible for communicating challenges to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing training and ensuring colleagues know and use appropriate processes and procedures
