For a long-term project at our client‘s site in Zurich (currently remote working) we are looking for an experienced
IT Business Analyst – FS-CD (80%)
In this role you will be responsible for managing user requests, supporting the Operations team and acting as 2nd level support.
Your Qualifications:
- Solid’ experience as FS-CD Consultant, ideally in the role of Business Analyst
- In-depth knowledge of insurance and/or reinsurance domains
- Experience in 2nd level business support for FS-CD topics
- Ability to write and review complex functional designs
- Good project management skills
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Support and backfill for internal FS-CD Business Analysts
- Responsible for FS-CD change-requests (System Microsoft Azure DevOps): requirement elicitation, analysis, design, customizing, testing, user training incl corresponding documentation
- Operations (monitoring; e.g. payment lot fixes) in a service-now environment
- 2nd level business support for FS-CD topics
