Salesforce Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to gather input, share ideas and discuss findings
  • Developing business processes, clarifying and anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Developing and prioritizing detailed requirements and user stories
  • Ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Contributing to roll-out communications, training and support
  • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures
  • Managing competing resources and priorities
  • Monitoring ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate processes and modernize systems


Main qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree business, computer science, management information systems, or related field
  • Profound demonstrated experience in full life cycle of systems/process implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis and design with strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to complex business environments and situations
  • Experience working with an offshore technology delivery partner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working in an agile project methodology
  • Salesforce in depth expertise essential, SAP knowledge also useful
  • Ability to be innovative, looking for creative new ways of achieving the end result, potentially with a standard feature or configuration that still meets the business need
  • Accountability to take on the responsibility, both personally and as part of the team, for delivering and improving the platform and application Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
  • Ability to identify unarticulated business needs and coordinate between stakeholder groups to address them
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to lead requirements elicitation workshops and understanding of contemporary requirements gathering practices and the ability to apply them in practice
  • Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, Knowledge of French is an asset
