Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir eine technischen Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) als Brücke zwischen Product Owner und Engineering Team.Aufgabe:
• Detailed analysis of client and company needs
• Designing wholistic solutions across multiple applications
• Feasibility assessments and cost impacts analysis
• Leading and steering the solution implementation with the development teams
• Monitoring and supporting the productive launch of new features and products
• Acting as an interface between product management and development teams
• Leading small projects
Erforderliche Qualifikation:
• Degree (FH / University) in IT or Business Engineering
• Serveral years of working experience in applying agile development processes (i.e. SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Several years of working experience, preferably as Software Architect or Software Engineers in Java
• Several years of working experience, preferably as Business Analyst, Business Engineer or Requirements Engineer
• Knowledge of software modelling languages (i.e. UML, Gherkin), modern UI/UX design and wire-framing tools
• Knowledge of software-development tools (i.e. Jira SW, Jira SD, Confluence, Git).
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and data modelling (OOP, Databases, XML, JSON); hands-on development experience in Java, or Javascript/Typescript, will be considered a plus.
• Experience in the role as Product Owner and Scrum Master is a significant plus
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Customer-focused with strong communication & presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English
