IT Support Engineer / 2nd line support engineer needed for a FSTE Listed Aviation company to provide onsite 2nd line deskside support.You will Provide day-to-day Onsite support assisting employees regarding all facets of end-user computing which includes software/hardware installs, upgrades and overall maintenance of endpoint (desktop/laptop/tablet/mobile/ Television Media Screens) devices and peripherals. You will need to have good English written/communication skills as you will be liaising with the UK IT team on a daily basis.
Location - 80% Geneva Airport, 20% Sion Airport
3 months rolling contract
Day rate - Circa 280 Swiss Francs Per day
Requirements:
- Good English Written / Communication skills
- Min 2 years 2nd line experience
- Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
- Office 365
- Windows server
- Level 1/2 Network (CISCO) troubleshooting, Inc. Patching, Cabling
- HP & Canon Printer support
- Hardware support
- Active Directory
