Beschreibung

IT Support Engineer / 2nd line support engineer needed for a FSTE Listed Aviation company to provide onsite 2nd line deskside support.

You will Provide day-to-day Onsite support assisting employees regarding all facets of end-user computing which includes software/hardware installs, upgrades and overall maintenance of endpoint (desktop/laptop/tablet/mobile/ Television Media Screens) devices and peripherals. You will need to have good English written/communication skills as you will be liaising with the UK IT team on a daily basis.

Location - 80% Geneva Airport, 20% Sion Airport

3 months rolling contract

Day rate - Circa 280 Swiss Francs Per day

Requirements:
  • Good English Written / Communication skills

  • Min 2 years 2nd line experience
  • Windows 7/10 troubleshooting
  • Office 365
  • Windows server
  • Level 1/2 Network (CISCO) troubleshooting, Inc. Patching, Cabling
  • HP & Canon Printer support
  • Hardware support
  • Active Directory
