Tasks
• Performs software development tasks as per specifications.
• Independent problem solving / implementation of solutions in subsidiary assignments or sub-projects. Specification, planning, estimation, design, implementation, testing and documentation of these assignments.
• Advises project team/ management on tradeoffs between software design decisions and specification decisions.
• Actively reports all important aspects to the project team/management and other stakeholders.
• Executes with high accountability to schedule and quality
• Reviews software implementation assesses the software design quality and ensures that the agreed software design has been successfully implemented.
• Subject matter expert for assigned area of responsibility.
• Drafts solutions for highly complex software tasks.
• Provides advice to internal groups within the area of activity.
• Defines working and testing regulations within the area of activity. Involved in disseminating knowledge or training courses to other employees or external groups.
• Self-supervision.
• Rethinks and improves existing working methods.
• Closely collaborates with partner teams.

• Experience in C# and .NET
• Team player, Good communication skills
• Experience working with agile methodologies:
o unit testing
o continuous integration
o scrum
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Passion for “clean code”, High quality awareness
• WinForms experience
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and business domain
• Linux experience – as a user
• Thinks from end-to-end; wider than Systems Components BoundaryEnglish fluently, German nice to have
