For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified Project Manager & Communications Specialist (m/w/d)
Backgound:
The Data and Analytics Chapter within Pharma International Informatics empowers its partners with actionable information and data-driven decision making. The role combines responsibilities in project management and communications.
As a Project Manager & Communications Specialist within our Data and Analytics chapter, you will assume the responsibility for day-to-day projects, including International collaborations and internal networks.
You will drive initiatives and connect business and IT.
The candidate needs to be self-managed, independent He/she shouldn't wait for me to give them tasks to do. We will clarify the task at the beginning and he/she should be able to drive it and be accountable for it.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Manage the preparation processes for internal/external meetings including the logistics, presentations, and content. Ensures meetings have structure and time is well spent.
* Coordinating Project Management activities, resources, logistics and information tracking and analysing risks, opportunities, issues and dependencies of a project along the project lifecycle
* Monitoring, recording and reporting Project status to the relevant Project Manager or customer, as well as Senior Management if necessary
* Supporting project health checks as required and demanded
* Ensuring the use and implementation of fit-to-purpose project methodologies
* Prepares and initiates routine and non-routine internal/external correspondence and memoranda. Responsible for the release of a variety of complex communications and information that affect a unit of the organization.
* Design internal and external communication processes
Must haves:
* Appropriate University degree in business and/or economics and 5+ years of relevant work experience
* Strong experience within Project Management / Coordination and/or Exposure to relevant Project Management methodologies, rules and practices; along with frameworks like Scrum, Waterfall and Kanban
* Experience in coordinating and combining multiple streams of project information and activities
* Experience working in a global and matrixed organization
* Experience connecting with people across roles, functions and countries
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with different teams and parties of the organization, such as business, technical and academic partners
* Experience coordinating resources, and can empower to deliver
* Skills for G -Sites
* Fluent in English
Personal requirements:
* A self-starter with an excellent sense for communication and change management.
* Solid organizational, self and time management skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to present and work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and self-organise as well as be a team player
* Self-driven, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset
* Strong team player and can work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
