Quantitative User Experience Researcher Assistant vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- Expertise with SQL and R or Python along with expert knowledge in multivariate statistics and the design of experiments
- Proficiency in programming computational and statistical algorithms for large data sets as well as in survey design
- 3+ years of work experience with user experience or human-computer Interaction teams is desired
- Track record of communicating with cross-functional stakeholders and prior experience of working in the travel industry is beneficial
- Masters or PhD degree in progress or completed in computer science, human-computer Interaction, psychology, statistics or a related discipline
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting existing research initiatives, prioritising and driving research to quantify and improve the travel product user experience
- Supporting product development, design as well as providing confidence in decision making through thorough quantitative insights
- Defining and measuring quantitative UX goals and metrics while collaborating with designers, qualitative researchers, engineers and product managers
- Examining current data and product designs, generating hypotheses and plans for high impact research
- Developing code and statistical models to understand user experience paired with driving change by communicating findings to stakeholders in the company
- Creating research findings which are convincing and actionable for research experts as well as non-experts
