Sales Support Asset Management (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Customer liaison and servicing of wholesale and institutional clients (in a lesser extent) within the asset management
  • Handling of different types of ad hoc client enquiries (via telephone, e-mail, correspondence, such as providing product presentation and reports, fund various data, arranging product conference calls, etc.)
  • Transmission of various periodic reports to clients (such as Factsheets, Portfolio Composition, Attribution Performance,…)
  • Helping the CRMs to prepare their client meetings, maintain and update the client database (Salesforce)
  • Organization of Portfolio Managers roadshows and group client events


Main qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English, advanced German knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong interest in the area of asset management
  • Working experience in the field of Asset Management and Pensions Fund or Insurance Business is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude to work
  • Distinctive IT user skills (Excel, Power Point)
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
