Requirements;
- Understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Conducting analysis of business data
- Supporting migration, mapping topics
- Working together with Business Leads, Product Owner and Development team ensuring requirements in Jira
- Supporting Salesforce testing and training:
- Helping establish test cases
- Delivering training material content for Rollout Team
- Conducting training sessions for standard Salesforce features
- Several years of experience as business analyst in the financial industry
