Beschreibung

Executive Admin Assistant vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
  • 2+ years working as an Executive Assistant reporting to senior management
  • Excellent administrative experience plus familiarity with working on global teams and managing complex agendas
  • Commercial training, for example at the Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, high school graduation or equivalent
  • Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Providing general administrative support like dealing with correspondence, coordinating deadlines and appointments, preparing presentations after prior discussion of content, evaluating Statistics, and meeting preparation
  • Supporting and informing the team and associates on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the department as well as accommodating to the specific needs of the customers
  • Initiating new processes or modification of processes and managing the introduction of new or modified processes
  • Coordinating various administrative projects, which may include designing, planning, implementing and communicating
  • Providing guidance for temporary employees or apprentices and assuming a limited project coordination or management role
