Salesforce Architect (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsible of the CRM/Community core architecture, ensure its quality and sustainability - related activities include data model simplification, implementation of the company best practices on data governance, performing regular health checks, code reviews and security assessments
- Manage the Lightning transition: define a plan for fully migrating the company instance to lightning and ensure its delivery with our managed services partner
- Participate to the Grant management end to end process automation design, including data modelling, workflow design, defining roles and access management, and UI/UX aspects (e.g. standard interface, Lightning Community, page layouts, navigation, custom Lightning Components, optimisation for mobile)
- It might include non-Salesforce technologies like SAP S/4Hana, InRule, OKTA and more based on the requirements
- Based on digital engagement strategy, review and expand current architecture, it covers topics like authorisation/security management, levering Marketing Cloud, audience management, campaign management, user journeys, etc.
- Ensure alignment of data flow processes with the company business intelligence strategy and introduce changes as needed and design future data integrations, across systems
- Participate in the release management, sandbox and deployment strategy and ensure implementation by the partner is compliant with the design
- Deliver architecture diagrams and technical document when appropriate and maintain the company architecture repository
- Participate to innovation activities: Citizen Developer Program, Innovation Hub and others
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical IT field and related technical experience
- An equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered
- Profound work experience in IT and in the Salesforce platform
- Work experience with other Cloud technologies is beneficial (Identity Providers, Data Integration Platforms, Business Process Automation, HR systems, Financial systems, etc.)
- Strong expertise with Sales/Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industries (VLocity) and Einstein Analytics is required
- Strong expertise in designing and building solutions on Force.com
- Strong knowledge of Apex and VisualForce and Lightning Framework is required
- Strong knowledge of SAQL (Salesforce Einstein) and SOQL is required
- Strong expertise in managing data flow in Salesforce and integration with other systems
- Knowledge of methodologies such as ITIL, and Scrum is beneficial, knowledge of Continuous integration methodology and software is strongly recommended
- A self-starter that can work under minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including ability to work with executive and technical personnel
