DevOps Engineer Senior - Java & IAM vacancy for our Bern based client in the telecommunication sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of relevant working experience as DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Expertise in Java SW development paired with experience in Identity and Access Management with the focus on concepts, methods and platform, preferably ForgeRock platforms
- Know-how in monitoring with Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana or similar
- Familiarity with agile development methods and environments using DevOps, Scrum or SAFe
- Experience with ITIL, security, log and data analysis along with visualisation via Splunk or system management via Linux, Tomcat or further is an asset
- Degree in computer science or in a related field
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Implementing zero downtime and fail-safe solutions for business customers as well as Identity and Access Management
- Working within an agile DevOps team and with state-of-the-art methods and tools
- Implementing continuous delivery and driving collaborative development
- Designing and operating of the productive environments throughout the whole software life cycle
- Managing discussions on architecture and design
- Ensuring security of systems and data
