IT Service Management Transition Manager - ServiceNow vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
  • Experience in a customer facing role, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent ServiceNow, coordination, organisational and time management skills as well as solid know-how in customer service
  • Ability to balance workload of providing excellent customer service while managing ongoing operational tasks along with capability to carry out assigned tasks in a professional, efficient and timely manner with a sense of ownership and follow through
  • ITIL qualification is beneficial
  • University degree in computer science or related field is desirable
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Acting as focal point for customer liaison and providing an effective and efficient interface between IT Services and its internal customers
  • Supporting supervisors and managers of the IT Services Customer Services Operations team on operational, project and control function activities as well as assisting with the implementation, review and reporting on agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and ratings coupled with developing appropriate action plans based on feedback and customer satisfaction levels
  • Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of incident, problem and request management processes along with improving incident management, reporting and trend analysis activities
  • Preparing training and knowledge base material for the 1st and 2nd level teams combined with ensuring that the tools and equipment required to run effective 2nd level support activities are in place and maintained
  • Taking part in operational readiness and change management activities for new and existing products and services including test coordination
  • Contributing towards request management activities and feedback to the project and operations team
