Business Analyst - Web Communication - vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience in a communications function in a large organisation
- Deep understanding of web platforms, usability and development tools
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of financial services and financial regulation is advantageous
- University degree in an related field
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting central project planning within communications and client needs
- Liaising with business areas and advising them on web communications best practices
- Analysing and documenting website enrichment and modernisation requirements
- Maintaining business-critical web applications including streamlining and enhancing content management processes
- Sustaining full system and process documentation
- Connecting with business partners who provide infrastructure and technical support
