Beschreibung

  • A WEB & Content Systems Administrator is required to work within the global Middleware services organisation to provide all levels of support to number of Web Hosting technologies like Apache, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, Wily/APM, IIS & Documentum for day to day support of production and UAT/development environments.
  • Mandatory to have patching experience with the aforementioned technologies.
  • The successful applicant will be part of Global Middlware Service Delivery team and support day to day operations through monitoring, Chat, incidents, SR & Change requests.
  • Adhoc weekend working is required, compliance with operational/change management etc. Collaboration with the INFRA teams & engineering/product management to ensure timely delivery of product updates/upgrades, cert renewals related to Apache, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere & Documentum
  • The role includes Installation & Fix Pack Upgrades of WebSphere Application Server instances, Administration & Troubleshooting Issues with the WebSphere Application Servers Instances, Setting up & configuring webservers (IHS, Apache), Configuring Performance Monitoring Tools (Wily Introscope/IBM Tivoli), Use of Common WebSphere Command Line tools for administration, generation of heap dumps, thread dumps, Installation, migration, decommission of Documentum instances, Administration & Troubleshooting Issues with the Documentum Infrastructure.
  • Providing advice on client related escalations/issues/queries on best knowledge basis and promptly escalate to the INFRA teams & engineering when requiring their intervention.Planning and coordination application/infra failover during the major events like Infra weekend, BCM tests and power down activities.
  • Experience in Automation Tools like IPSoft, Automation Anywhere & UI Path
  • Familiarity with ITIL Concepts
