IS Specialist/ Support (m/f/d)Are you an experienced IS Specialist/ Supporter (m/f/d) looking for a new project? Our client, a large robotics company offers an interesting project.
You should be willing to take care of different administrativ tasks in IS Infrastructure. As a main task, you will support and manage the end of life replacement administration.
Your role as IS Specialist/Support:
- Coordinating support for two departement's in the IS infrastrucutre
- Ordering and Installation Support
- Consulting internal stakeholders
- Managing, tracking and escalating tickets
- Supporting in room and network question
- Create status reports of different projects and activities
- Coordination and tracking of orders
Required skills
- Certified, degree or vocational education in Information Systems
- min. 3 years of experiences in the same or similiar roles
- Team player, open minded and flexible personality
- Good process understanding of IT processes and information systems
- Fluent in German and English (both at least B2)
