Tasks & Responsibilities:- Lead change management activities of a complex organizational transformation program where several streams will be going in parallel
- Support a team of Delivery Service Managers in their solution transitions to ensure successful application of the OCM activities
- Deliver / update change management related guidance documentation within the framework
- Engage with and support stakeholders within and outside of PT Informatics to ensure success in OCM and communication challenges
- Support the program team in relevant communication and reporting activities
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of change management experience preferably in technology area
- Hands on experience leading communications activities for organizational initiatives especially using gSite, G+ and other internal communication channels
- Ability to work independently in matrix environments and interact with all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and writing skills, ability to transfer complex messages in simplified ways
- Previous client / pharma experience
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
