For one of the major bank in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

Business Analyst

Be part of a dynamic team driving the Execution Delivery, Program Management & COO activities for both, Compliance and Risk functions where you will support budgeting process, demand management and staffing activities for internal and external resources.

Job Description

  • Support and lead Business analysis
  • Strict collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to implement effective business solutions
  • Understand and manage scope of delivery
  • Prepare and present reports on delivery to senior stakeholder on regular basis
  • Dynamic environment, partially high work load with short delivery time
  • Prepare and exhibit presentations to Senior Management

Requirements

  • Higher education or degree in Business/Economics and/or Information Technology or equivalent
  • >3 years of experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner
  • Solid understanding of product ownership, agile and scrum principles
  • Proven organizational, leadership, communication and management skills
  • Proven track record in translating clients' need to user stories
  • Solution orientated approach, Open minded team player
  • Experience in the Regulated Technologies industry or compliance domain within the financial industry is an advantage
  • Experience in managing and communicating with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure, high level of flexibility and be able to handle multiple priorities and assignments with a proactive approach
  • An open, communicative personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • English MUST, German nice to have

Contract Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months +
  • Daily Rate: CHF 800 all inclusive
