For one of the major bank in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:
Business Analyst
Be part of a dynamic team driving the Execution Delivery, Program Management & COO activities for both, Compliance and Risk functions where you will support budgeting process, demand management and staffing activities for internal and external resources.
Job Description
- Support and lead Business analysis
- Strict collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to implement effective business solutions
- Understand and manage scope of delivery
- Prepare and present reports on delivery to senior stakeholder on regular basis
- Dynamic environment, partially high work load with short delivery time
- Prepare and exhibit presentations to Senior Management
Requirements
- Higher education or degree in Business/Economics and/or Information Technology or equivalent
- >3 years of experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner
- Solid understanding of product ownership, agile and scrum principles
- Proven organizational, leadership, communication and management skills
- Proven track record in translating clients' need to user stories
- Solution orientated approach, Open minded team player
- Experience in the Regulated Technologies industry or compliance domain within the financial industry is an advantage
- Experience in managing and communicating with stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements
- Ability to work under pressure, high level of flexibility and be able to handle multiple priorities and assignments with a proactive approach
- An open, communicative personality with excellent presentation and communication skills
- English MUST, German nice to have
Contract Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months +
- Daily Rate: CHF 800 all inclusive
