- The Technical Lead with strong Data Warehouse (DWH) Skills is responsible for designing and building complex applications within relational databases
- Designing modelling, testing and implementation of the FinCrime Compliance Data Warehouse
- Leading a team of experienced DWH Developers within the FinCrime area in Switzerland
- Develop the Compliance Data Warehouse DWH end to end platform in collaboration with the business, data scientists, and quality assurance (QA) and user experience (UX) professionals
- Master state-of-the-art technologies within a complex business domain
- Influence and control the technical development within projects and act as Lead Developer
Requirements
- Long-standing experience (at least 8 years) designing and building complex applications with relational databases including IBM-DB2 RDBMS database.
- Strong experience (at least 5 years) with Business system Data Warehouse
- Design, modelling, testing and implementation.
- Long standing experience (at least 8 years) in core banking, transactions and compliance.
- Strong affinity to Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crime.
- Strong experience in complex SQLs, Data Analytics and Data Science.
- Experience on various machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised)
- Strong experience on Techno-Functional skills to provide end to end solutions.
- Experience on multiple feeds handling in Data Warehouse implementations.
- Strong affinity to Data-Models.
- Expertise in generic computing science including algorithms, data structures
- and design patterns.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and provide value added solutions.
- Clean coding and refactoring skills with excellent problem solving ability.
- Know-how of Agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases with proper usage classifications.
- Good Interpersonal skills along with Fluency in English
