My renowned client in Geneva, a global leading provider of security solutions, is currently in need of Security Architecture & Engineering Lead (m/f/d) for the following permanent position:The Role:
- Management of the Architecture & Engineering Team, provision of strong technical security leadership and regular engagement with Senior Stakeholders; up to C-suite level
- Development of short and long-term strategic security technology roadmaps, backed by pragmatic designs which support our enterprise technology roadmaps and key business objectives interlinked into the wider Information Security Programme
- Support the CISO and company leaders with technology related decision making and risk mitigation design
- Participate and contribute to the running of a group wide Architectural function that will provide technical security direction and assurance to Digital Workplace Services (DWS)
- Work with our colleagues to design and secure modern workplace solutions
- Strategically plan, develop and support the implementation of new initiatives to enhance the global business. This includes projects related to investments and improvements
- Ensure that required metrics, under the company´s Security Assurance function, are understood and available in order to ensure that the platform remains operational, optimized and available to business end users
- Manage and support key platform product life cycles to ensure that they are understood, tracked, and communicated with appropriate remediation - when required
- Manage team resources to support future M&A and new technology integration activities - including initial impact assessments, planning through to design, and implementation of the technical integration
- Manage team Engineering resources to optimise our security technology stack, ensuring that our security tooling and associated process are well maintained and we achieve maximum value from these investments
Your Profile:
To realize the objectives for this role it is essential that the Architecture & Engineering Lead must balance management skills, core technology security skills, product vision alongside a delivery focused pragmatism.
You can expect to travel up to 30% of the time in order to support our ethos of strong stakeholder collaboration and ensuring that Security continues to be embedded into our business and, ultimately, protecting our customer's homes and families.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in managing successful teams in matrix-managed organisations.
- Architect 'SME' level experience and knowledge in infrastructure and cloud-based security controls including: AWS & Azure security, Azure AIP, Azure AD, ATP, Security Centre and Compliance Centre, conditional access, DLP, Intune, Advanced eDiscovery and management technologies, end point protection / Windows enterprise security stack, network security, email security, threat & vulnerability management and other related technologies
- Experience of creating security technology roadmaps for global enterprises
- Excellent understanding of the current trends and thinking in security technology, with good understanding of key vendor product roadmaps and reference architectures
- Enterprise global estates of 15,000 seats and above
- Experienced in working with geographically dispersed teams
- Deep level of understanding of Workplace Experience and the role devices and working environments contribute to the Modern Workplace
- Experience developing business orientated self-service deployment and management solutions
- Knowledge of one or more of the following frameworks: NIST, CSA, ISO27K and COBIT
- Strong verbal and written communications skills -be able to communicate complex, technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
- A strong background across InfoSec as a discipline.
- Written and Spoken Fluency in English.
Desired Experience:
- Relevant security certification (e.g. CISSP, CSA, CISA)
- ITIL operational awareness and understanding
- Relevant Microsoft skills and certification: Security and Azure
- Experience with IoT; particularly smart home technologies, and their business processes
- Written and spoken Fluency in Spanish
