We have been prospering since 1998, and have been active in the French-speaking part of Switzerland as well since 2010.For a position at one of our customers, in Bioggio and remote from CH we are looking for a
DBA Non-Oracle DB / DB2 CMDB (m/f) 100%
You will work in an international environment in a global company. This position is a project from 01.03.2021 until 31.12.2021.
Tasks:
- Extending our inventory DB with fields and links to manage the DC move.
- Support building the inventory and links to the assets
- Delivering a play book of the Non-Oracle DB moves
- Propose and implement solutions for the Non-Oracle DB move
- Conduct the Non-Oracle DB move and validate the results.
- Support cutoff and Disaster Recovery tests
Requirements:
- DBA with experiences of relational databases (DB2, MySQL)
- Knowledge in Linux and Windows operating systems
- Puppet knowledge
- Experience with Jira / Confluence
- Experience with DBMS Management tools
- Experience with Puppet (or other scripting languages)
- Experience with AIX / Linux (RHEL)
- +3 experiences as DBA or DB Developer
- Familiar with complex banking environments
- Team player and used to work with multi-lingual teams
- Preparing, moving, validation large databases between Data Centers (in metropolitan regions)
