Main tasks:
- Design, plan and execute virtual weekly, monthly and one-off team engagement activities, sessions and events in order to foster team engagement, transparency and building a strong team culture
- Coach teams on effective collaboration & communication in order for them execute effective, efficient and engaging workshops and other virtual meetings
- Manage team SharePoint from a technical standpoint in order to maintain a best in class SharePoint site that is user friendly for visitors and content providers Likewise
- Constantly research and stay up to speed on latest O365 suite of products and upskill our teams where needed in order to enable our teams to collaborate in a highly effective manner and get the most out of our tool suite
- Develop Meeting, Presentation & Workshop standards, upskill all teams & create & communicate repository
Main qualifications
- Expert user of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Teams, Stream, Forms, Powerpoint, SharePoint Online, Yammer
- Fast learning and adopting new technologies
- Proven ability to work with executive level and team members likewise – in a fast paced and complex environment
- Advanced organisational skills and experience with planning virtual events
- Advanced in English
- Profound experience in change managment especially around digital team collaboration and communication
