Trainer / Tester / End User Support for HP ALM - User Acceptance Tests, Requirement- and Test Engineering, English, GermanRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Trainer / Tester / End User Support for HP ALM.
Dia Global IT Quality Assurance and Compliance ensures that global DIA IT processes are
defined in compliance with regulations and are delivering results in line with regulatory
expectations. In addition, we advise and consult DIA IT being a 2nd Line of Control function
(2LoC) in all aspects of Informatics relating to quality assurance, compliance, governance
processes, standards and risk management and ensure that DIA IT projects and solutions comply
with regulatory/legal requirements (CSV, ICFR, GDPR).
We are searching for a Trainer / Tester / End User Support for a specific Application Lifecycle
Management Tool (HP Alm) in order to organize and conduct trainings, provide user consultancy
in process related questions / change requests analysis/resolution and to write and perform User
Acceptance Tests.
Areas of responsibility:
- Writing/Updating HP ALM Dia IT trainings (Slides, Data on HP ALM training environment,
Videos)
- Organizing and providing (virtual) classroom training in Mannheim and Rotkreuz (in English)
- Consult users in process related questions, issue and change request analysis and resolutions
in collaboration with HP ALM Solution Management.
- Writing user requirements for our HPALM instance and performing User Acceptance Tests
Professional and technical requirements:
- 5y+ of experience in training and supporting people in a similar IT related environment (organize
and provide virtual classroom trainings, writing Training Slides, creating Training Videos)
- Proven knowledge of HP ALM tool (not only as an end user, must be able to provide consulting
in process related questions, change request analysis and to raise issues with HP ALM Solution
Management
- Experience in writing user requirements and performing User Acceptance Tests
- Proven working experience in Requirement- and Test Engineering in a regulated environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to quickly produce clearly
written, well-organized documentation; excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Passion to train and support people
Nice to Haves:
- Fluent in German
