Specialist Securities Transfers and Settlement (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Incoming Receive Free of Payment (RFP) or Outgoing Delivery Free of Payment (DFP) Securities Transfers Processing: Processing and handling of settlement of incoming free of payment transfers transactions on customers safekeeping accounts
- Internal Transfer Processing: Processing of financial instruments (securities) internal transfers
- Depository Transfer Processing: Processing and handling of the settlement of depository transfer for a specific security position.
- Change of Custodian or Correspondent Processing: Processing and handling of the settlement of position transfers due to a change of Custodian or Correspondent Bank
- Swiss Registered Shares Management and Reconciliation: Management of registrations and/or registrations, cancellations, communications and amendments of Swiss registered shares in the Shareholders’ Register. Swiss registered share reconciliation
- Physical Incoming and /or Outgoing Securities Transfer Booking: Booking of physical incoming and/or outgoing securities in the clients’ accounts.
Main qualifications
- Basic skills in Settlements and/or Financial Industry and/or Banking (Operations)
- English is mandatory and one of the following language is desired: German/ Swiss German, Italian or French
- Organized/structured
- Pro-active and dynamic
- Eager to learn
- You will get extra points for the following: Adaptable to changes, Attention to details, Client focus/client orientated
- At ease with technology and working from home
