NextLink are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Master Data Specialist for their Kaiseruagst offices on an initial 1-year contract.

- Remote/Home Office: Onboarding absolutely necessary onsite/HO once per week

- Team: 40 people
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Achieving improvements through the use of lean methodologies
- Creation, maintenance and cross-checking of master data (in SAP, PharmaSuite, etc.) based on standard processes and instructions (SOPs)
- Work in the make, assess, release process environment based on cGMP 1 requirements
- Translation of business requirements into master data
- Identification of connections and dependencies of business and/or system changes and definition of the necessary steps to achieve them
- Participation in local and global initiatives and projects with a focus on maintaining, improving and creating E2E- Processes
- Analyzing data and system reporting
Must have Experience:
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in data management
- Excellent SAP system knowledge
Experience with lean methodology and continuous improvements
- Speaks English and German fluently
Nice to have Experience:
- Experience with MES
- Experience with automation processes
