- Has good domain knowledge of Investment Banking - Trade Settlement Systems & Payment
- Should have good communication & presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies & metrics like Velocity, Burndown chart, Story points etc.
- Strong organisational and quality assurance skills
- Strong and proven technical skills in Mainframe - Cobol, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CICS & MQ's.
- Should have exposure to tools like HP Quality Center, JIRA, GITHUB, SVN, UFT (Optional)
- Should have good unit testing & scrum testing experience.
- Able to perform a technical analyst role and act as Business analyst for complex projects
- Experience on providing Level3 support for Mainframe applications
