Your tasks:
- Ensure the operations of Cornerstone's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Further development of the platform and control of the application life cycle from a strategic and operational point of view
- 1st level support for LMS users
- Training of internal administrators and users
- Interface to internal IT and to the LMS system supplier
- Further development of the LMS in the direction of mobile learning/multimedia (including tasks of change requests and description of requirements)
- Ability to develop and implement the mixed learning strategy
Your qualification:
- Completed training in IT, multimedia design or business informatics
- Further training as a religious educator and after experience, training in project and process management
- Experience and experience in the company resp. the supervision of a learning management system as well as the use and development of multimedia learning instruments
- Technical know-how and good, good Excel, HTML and SQL rights
- Languages: German as mother tongue and fluent English are required, good French and/or Italian knowledge is an advantage
- As a personality: good communicative contacts, independent, analytical and structured way of working, proactive, creative and creative. Customer and solution-oriented, pragmatic and persistent.
