Beschreibung

One of the our client is in need of a PMO. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.
  • German is a must

  • As the position is in Switzerland (not EU) we are only able to work with people who have a European / British passport OR already a Swiss working permit.
  • Only Payroll possible; not able to invoice via companies / limited

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Supports the program lead in the execution of his management tasks
  • Supports the program lead in the setup of new projects in terms of methodology and governance
  • Actively participates as a PMO member in the FTR related management meetings
  • Provides slides for different presentation groups (e.g. Steering Committees, line management, senior management, Transformation Committee etc.)
  • Manages the stream leader meeting of the program
  • Responsible for the consolidation of the planning and roadmaps of the streams
  • Supports the budget process of the streams and the programme
  • Coordinates the overall financial controlling of the program (ensures timelines and correctness)
  • Keeps track of the program risk management with the program manager
  • Tracks open items of the program management team
  • Manages the demand management (staffing) for the program lead
  • Manages the administration of the external contracts for the program
  • Verifies and administers the external invoices
  • Keeps track and documents the new requirements together with the responsible stream leads
  • Maintains the on-boarding package for new hires in the program
  • Coordinates and manages the program SharePoint and the intranet site
  • Coordinates the internal communication for the program with the Change Execution team
  • Supports the Stakeholder Management


Technical Skills
  • Strong PMO / project management skills
  • Experience in PMO (min 5 years as senior program PMO)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite
  • Experience in Finance Transformation programs
  • Has participated in programs with large SAP rollout scope
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Good e2e Banking expertise is a big advantage
  • Certificates in SAFe
