Business Analyst Product Governance (m/f)

Beschreibung

• Prepare integration of developed changes into the bank’s policy and guideline framework


• Design subsequent adaptation of first and second line of defense control framework


• Support enactment of revised policies and guidelines


• Accompanying activation and communication of changes to affected divisions and parties concerned


• Support Stream Lead Product Governance in elaboration of detailed business requirement in the field of product governance


• In particular writing policy and guidelines enhancements with ESG factors


• Support integration of developed changes into the bank’s policy, guideline and control framework


• Alignment of the designed business solution between CRO, Legal, IWMS and Front Business on a working level


• Preparation of implementation and roll-out together with project team


• Support change management activities incl. preparation of training materials

• Higher Education


• Some years of Project experience in international business environments; there of at least 1 business implementation project at a private bank or in the Wealth Management sector


• Some years of experience in the area of Sustainability and its’ related risks


• Proficient on key Swiss and European regulations and their impact onto the advisory value chain


• Some years of experience in writing policies for a bank and definition of control framework


• Fluent in English and German

• Pragmatic, communicative and open personality(hands-on mentality) with strong communication skills to all relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
