Process Manager / Standardization Documentation Manager & PMO

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Process Manager / Standardization Documentation Manager & PMO.

Diagnostics Governance & Services' mission is to enable Diagnostics to make our end customer
successful by using integrated diagnostic solutions. As an overall Diagnostics
organization, we have to guarantee that our customers get a unified, high-quality solution
that shares the same brand, look, feel and ease of use. Our diagnostics solutions lead to a
comprehensive, interoperable and seamlessly integrated customer experience. Diagnostics
Governance & Services drives the alignment of the divisional governance model based on
solution concepts and divisional standards mutually agreed with all Business Areas (Molecular
Solutions, Centralised Point of Care). Thereby we provide the needed services and common
assets that help the Business Areas to reach the common goal.

Areas of responsibility:

Process Management (design, roll-out and continuous improvement):
- Planning, supporting and tracking of process changes
- Provide process trainings and guide standard development teams
on process execution and creation of required deliverables
- Enable efficient delivery by sharing and reusing best practices
- Integrate the standardization process in the organization's process landscape

Documentation Management:
- Planning, supporting and tracking of document changes
- File, publish and ensure availability of standard documentation and material
- Creation and rework of production documents
- Document management in SAP

Standard Governance / PMO:
- Obtain governance related data and information from relevant parties
- Provide supporting materials and data as needed (e.g. standard scope definition and list of
committed implementation projects)
- Support in change- and deviation management

Professional and technical requirements:
- Bachelor in Business administration or engineering or comparable with min. 4 years working
experience
- Fluent English and German
- Experienced in documentation management systems
- Knowledge in R&D (SW Development) processes
- Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Personal requirements:
- Google Tools (GDoc, GDrive, ...)
- Experience in agile working models, self-organized and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive behaviour in distributed teams / good communication
- Source Control Systems incl. versioning / branching / merging (e.g. Gitlab)
- Requirement Management Systems (e.g. HP ALM, codeBeamer, ...)
