Office365 SME Specialist (m/f/d)Our partner offers an interesting project in the insurance industry asap for three months.
Your role as an Office365 SME Specialist (m/f/d)
- Evaluate, approve, reject, publish and unpublish labels
- Verify the scope of a label
- Communicate with the requestor and review in case of questions/issues
- Raise tickets
- Be invoved in escalations
- work closely with the owners and SME's of the different Microsoft 365 products
- Offer detailed consultancy
Required skills
- People are highly skilled and experienced in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint,Teams, Office 365 Groups)
- They know the Security and Compliance center and other admin areas of Microsoft 365 very well
- They are familiar with the complex permission model
- They exactly know the impact of publishing label policies
- They are familiar with search
- PowerShell knowledge is a must
