For a longterm project at our client`s site in Bern we are looking for aOracle DBA (m/w/d)
Your profile:
• Min 3 years’ experience with Oracle Databases
• Min 2 years Production support experience with Oracle Exadata
• Min 3 years’ experience in supporting cross teams: Dev and Prod on large systems
• Min 3 years’ experience with troubleshooting Oracle DB problems
• Good knowledge of Oracle internals, Oracle features and how they map to the user needs
assist Developers with DB related activities
• Monitor and optimize Oracle DB performance
• Strong ood communication skills, written and verbal, with management, development teams, vendors and systems administrators
• Fluent in English and German
Your responsibilities:
• Support of the Dev Team and the Prod DBA Team
• Review developer scripts for online deployment
• Deploy scripts on every platform
• Solve performance issues
• Support the understanding between application and exadata platform
• Improve monitoring and alerting on application database side
• Act as a member of a virtual team between prod DBA Team and application
