Skype for Business Specialist / UCC EngineerProject / Role:
We are currently looking for a Skype for Business Specialist / UCC Engineer for our client from the St. Gallen/ Zurich area.
Main Task:
* Operational support for Microsoft Unified Communications and collaboration infrastructure with focus on Skype for Business
* Monitoring, analysis and correction of faults in 2nd level support
Requirements:
* Very good practical experience in operation/engineering in Microsoft environments (MCP, MCSE, MCTS) with emphasis on Skype for Business / Enterprise Voice
* Knowledge of LAN/WLAN, Active Directory and SQL
* Good experience with AudioCodes and Direct Routing
* Programming experience with Powershell
* High customer orientation, ability to work in a team and precise working methods
Languages:
* Fluent in German (mother tongue/C1/C2)
